Ribbon of Hope class examples

Here are the card examples of the Ribbon of Hope class (September 2).

Remember that everyone who signs up for a class or attends a class will earn tickets for that month's customer appreciation drawing.

I'm really pleased with these cards. They went together easily--meaning that this stamp is easy to use and create cute, but fun cards quickly.

I've been cleaning my stamp room the past few days. I tell ya, it's amazing anything gets done up there!

I had a great time at the Cross Creek Block Watch Social last night. I met some really fun ladies. I replaced Mitch in the winning-the-raffle gig this year. I won 4 free passes to Galaxy Games and Golf(my kids LOVE this place. Me, not so much but can tolerate), $15.00 for Touch of Gourmet, $15.00 for Culver's and the winning bid for 4 skating passes with skate rental for the Chiller. Not bad for a few hours of my evening! And the weather was perfect!

I forgot to take my camera--again!

I have two swaps to make this weekend for the mail on Monday. Then I have the last project for the Ribbon class and the last card for the Very Thankful class.

Mitch got me a easy-to-use laminator and I haven't had it out of the box yet. Kids and I went to HL today and I found some cardstock stickers that would make great bookmarks. And the bonux: stickers were 50%off! I also picked up Mod Podge to have on hand when I start working on the wooden doorhangers, little candy boxes, mailboxes and tins. I found more foam brushes while cleaning today. I found a bunch of stuff while cleaning today, but that's for another day!

Monica, love your class cards. I haven't got this set yet but it is on my wish list. My favorites are the ones using the Scalloped Oval punch. Go to my blog if you want to see some samples using the Very Thankful set. I love that set and can't wait to share at my next class. Sandi
